Description
Impenetrable forests, heat and high humidity, rare animals, flowers and plants. These are all terms that come to mind when we hear the word jungle. These primeval forests are irretrievably destroyed by man for commercial reasons. This picture is dedicated to the last paradises on earth.
The researcher Isaac Newton divided the rainbow colour gradient into units.
In this way Newton’s colour circle was created. This consists of the colours of the rainbow: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo and violet. In the rainbow project I searched for these colours in nature and worked out abstractedly with the medium encaustic. Colour pigmented wax and resins are melted and applied in layers on top of each other. This project consists of 30 pictures.
This painting is an original. There are no copies or replicas.
