Cancellation right
The right of withdrawal applies only to consumers according to § 13 BGB.
You have the right to withdraw within 14 days without giving reasons this contract.
The cancellation period is 14 days from the date on which you or a nominated representative (not the carrier) received the goods. In case of the delivery of various items belonging to one order, the reception of the last item will start the cancellation period.

By means of a unique statement about your decision. (for example, as a consigned by mail letter or email). You can also do so via the attached withdrawal form, which is not mandatory, however.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period ends.
If you withdraw from this contract, SU-ART shall reimburse all payments received, from you, including the costs of supply. (with the exception of the additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than standard offered by SU-ART) Payments are repayable immediately and no later than 14 days from the date on which the message about your cancellation of this contract for SU-ART has been received. For this repayment SU-ART uses the same method of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you explicitly agreed otherwise; in no case you will be charged fees for this repayment.
SU-ART may withhold the reimbursement until SU-ART has received the returned goods back, or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You have to return the goods immediately and in any event not later than 14 days from the date on which you inform SU-ART on the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before a deadline of 14 days.
